"Great place! Plenty of room, two toilets and two separate showers. Three of the rooms are on one hall, another room is somewhat further down the hall, and one room is off the living room. Everything is in great shape. Lots of storage space (except for one room - see below). The service from the management company was exceptional. I messaged them at 1 AM looking for some more supplies and got an immediate response! And what I asked for showed up in the morning a few hours later. The location is great, too. Right around the corner from the Galerie Vivienne and Le Grand Colbert, a wonderful restaurant."

"We couldn't get the TV to work, but then again, we weren't in Paris to watch TV. I don't even know why we were trying. The largest bedroom, the one with two beds, has a wardrobe to hang things up in but doesn't have any cupboards or drawers to put things in. I thought that was odd as the other rooms all have extensive storage systems. I had some difficulty with Booking.com adjusting the number of people staying there. The apartment is required to charge city tax on the number of people staying there for a certain number of nights. They get this information from Booking.com. But for some reason Booking.com couldn't or wouldn't adjust the number after I told them that we weren't filling this apartment for a week, so I wound up paying city tax for 42 person/nights (7 people for 6 nights) even though we only occupied it for 32 person/nights. This was not a problem with the management but rather a problem with Booking.com. So be careful about this before you finally book. Note that they don't send you the information about how to get in until the day before you arrive. This is probably so that you can't go in before you're supposed to, which is understandable. But it means if you're busy the day before you arrive, as we were, you might not have much time to sort out any problems, such as my issue with the city tax."

"The TV did not work despite the instructions which was frustrating. 1 roll of toilet paper between 5 people was somewhat shocking. Apparently we could have requested more. We did not cook but facilities to do so are limited. A wine opener would also have been helpful. It is advertised for 12/14 people but that would be very tight."

"This large property easily accomodated our family of 8 adults. It was in a superb location with easy access to Paris landmarks/tourist spots, dining, grocery stores, and bars. We really appreciated the outdoor dining area and the common areas. The bedrooms were much larger than we expected. The kitchen had a great size fridge and was well stocked with dishes etc. It would have been nice to have a dish cloth and towel for doing dishes. Would highly recommend this place for a great stay in Paris."

"We were asked to submit ID cards for all the guests just 24 hrs before we arrived (and we didn't know what ID cards were - but sent our passport pictures) to confirm our reservation and get the building/unit codes. Made for a tense moment as we didn't have copies of our adult children's passport photos (we arrived at 3 different times) so we were worried we couldn't access the building without the correct documentation, It all worked out in the end but did cause us some angst,"

"Fabulous spacious apartment beautifully decorated and with enough rooms and bathrooms to suit a family of 5 or more. The building itself is lovely and the location is excellent. Check in was easy and parking close enough to be convenient"

"The apartment was lacking in a few facilities in the kitchen - no oven, tea towels, dishwashing liquid and not many basics in the kitchen. Also no shower soap in the bathrooms. For an apartment of this size for a family it would be nice if we could cook at home but the kitchen facilities are limited."
